Ms. Rosana Schaack
Founder & Director
Rosana Schaack is a Liberian philanthropist and advocate for the rights and well-being of women, girls, and handicapped children. With a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and a distinguished Humphreys Fellowship from the University of Minnesota, she has dedicated her life to empowering vulnerable communities. Since THINK's inception and for over two decades, she has been committed to providing shelter, education, and rehabilitation for those affected by war, trafficking, and domestic violence.
From 2018 to 2023, Rosana served as a Rivercess County District 1 representative to create change in the political system.​

Rosana's dedication to improving lives has made her a beacon of hope for Liberia’s most vulnerable and earned her international recognition.

Meet Our Support Team in Liberia

Musu Taiwon
Transit Center Central Manager and Social Worker
Mrs. Musu Taiwon holds a diploma in social work from Stella Maris University. Through the years, she has taken on several roles at THINK, including security, caregiver, and social worker. She now serves as the center manager for THINK's Safe Home. Her compassion and motherly care fuel her commitment to supporting underprivileged children. A devoted Christian, she also serves as deacon in the Baptist Church.

Mary W. Cummings
Education Programs
Mary D. Cummings holds a BA in Education and a Master’s in Christian Education. She also earned a certificate in gender-based violence prevention from the Kimmage Development Studies Centre in Ireland.
Mary is a dedicated educator and advocate with over 13 years of experience as a classroom teacher and another 13 years in the NGO sector. She is a mother to four biological children and a caregiver to many others.
Rooted in her Christian faith, she believes the family is the world’s most vital institution. Her daily motivation is simple yet powerful: “I wake up wanting to teach and make someone’s life better.” Her deepest hope is for every child in Liberia—and beyond—to be loved and have a safe, supportive learning place.

Georgie H. Davis
USA Representative
Born in Monrovia, Liberia, to American missionary parents, Georgie Davis has remained connected to her childhood home for over forty years. At seventeen, she relocated to South Carolina, where she and her husband, Artie, co-founded a multi-ethnic church that has served a marginalized community for more than 25 years.

Georgie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Graphic Design and led her family's building maintenance business from 2010 to 2020.
In 2015, she became the U.S. representative for THINK Liberia, working to build partnerships and secure resources for women and children affected by war, violence, and exploitation. Today, she continues collaborating with the THINK organization to help guide it into a new era of growth and impact.​
